yoga yoga yoga! it's been two weeks since i injured my hand and i can't wait to do a down dog! Plus farmer's market, yoga studio party, and planning fun v-day partner yoga play time!
Farm Sanctuary conference...intriguing. I want to visit the Watkins Glen location when the weather is warm (so not close to warm yet in Upstate NY). Next time you and Beau visit WG, you should swing by Syracuse. :)
