I think this was one of the best podcasts you have had in while. I think they are all amazing of course, but I got some things out of this that I had not expected some clarity for myself and for the some of the people! Loved it!
I truly enjoyed this podcast and am sharing it with my therapist. Although a controversial title, what he describes as meaning making and creativity creation actually follows DBT (Dialectal Behavioral Therapy) quite closely which I'd love to hear his thoughts on. Thanks for this interview Kimberly.
