yay! each and every day will begin to get longer and brighter from this day forward. today is the darkest, shortest day of the year. take a moment to reflect on today's milestone. we're in the midst of holiday hurrah and life is frenetic. slow down for a moment, light a candle, slip into a hot bath, pull out your journal, and express gratitude for what this year has given you.
