I finally got the chance to listen to this podcast and I really appreciated everything that was said. I have found, however, that if I spend too much energy looking forward to something in the future (vacations, parties, holidays) I tend to bypass what is happening in the now. My personal philosphy is that the only thing we're guaranteed is this exact moment, so don't miss it being in the past or future!
great point, nicole! x
