mindful monday

every moment we're given an opportunity to practice mindfulness. i love the idea of doing it through everyday experiences such as tea sipping. the quote below by thich nhat hahn is a favorite.

what basic task can you turn into a mindfulness practice today? bathing. brushing your teeth. eating a meal. sipping a warm libation. walking your dog. connecting with a colleague. these simple acts can serve as a reminder (our mindfulness bell) to return to the present moment. enjoy! bisous. x
