tranquility summer camp

While basking in the beauty of the woods with our spring retreaters, I had the idea to pull together a creative, inspiring summer camp for adults. As a little girl, summer camp was always a highlight and I think we deserve this joy in our big girl years, too. Thus, I reached out to the talented Mary Catherine Starr to teach a whole afternoon on working with watercolors interspersed with yoga, bike adventurer Tim Mooney to host an optional led trail ride, and the beautiful Carol Meyers to teach a morning mala making and meditation workshop. VoilĂ ., it all came together and I'm over the moon to host my first ever Tranquility Summer Camp July 19-22. All the scoop is below and there are only 9 spots available. Hope you can join for a summer dose o' tranquility.

Explore the interplay of yoga and creativity taught by Kimberly Wilson and two talented guest teachers (Mary Catherine Starr and Carol Meyers) while enveloped in nature. This tranquility-filled women's summer camp includes hours of yoga and creative play, organic tea and tasty treats, and ample time to reconnect with nature and yourself. Savor homemade organic vegetarian meals, reading in a hammock, smores under the stars, evening campfires, sunning poolside, and practicing yoga on a deck overlooking the woods. The camp will launch on Thursday, July 19 at noon and wrap up on Sunday, July 22 at 2pm. Space is limited, early registration encouraged.

Schedule:
