tranquil tuesday: creative living

for mum's day i received this fabulous book from my mum.
as a raving fan of the artist's way, what's better than a daybook focusing on creative words of wisdom? the past 1.5 weeks of travel have been a whirlwind of creativity: from train rides to art journaling with mum to yoga to vintage shopping to getting inked to procuring vintage family heirlooms from my visit home. i'm fresh in from my 4am-3pm journey back to dc and basking in a deep desire to create, create, create.

tomorrow launches my 7-week tranqulista lifestyle e-course where we focus on creativing mindful work and enlightened play. consider joining moi + a few amazing ladies from around the globe (including three returning for a second immersion). here's a testimonial from a former participant:

"I truly enjoyed your Tranquilista joie de vivre e-course. Through your creative posts, podcasts, videos and other special treats and surprises along the way, you kept my attention and continued to inspire me just when I thought I couldn’t be motivated even a bit more. And this life-changing journey took place from the comfort of my home, allowing me to soar with my dreams whilst in my jammies and a tiara. A truly delightful experience! Sign me up for the next course!" - Denise

cherry on top: complete all the OMwork on time and you get to choose any TranquiliT design as a reward. this basically makes the e-course close to complimentary.

wishing you a creative launch into exuding your authentic self each and every day. what small steps are you taking to live more creatively? do tell.

bisous. x

I was excited to find The Artist's Way & Creating a Life Worth Living at the Ithaca Book Sale, costing $8 total! Love creative bargain finds!

I am also beginning to plan out a wellness counseling group, that infuses art therapy, for the Fall 2011 semester.

I was at the book sale on Sunday and saw The Artist's Way, was wishing I knew someone to buy it for! Glad a fan of Kimberly's found it :)

I took the Tranquilista lifestyle e-course last year, and still listen to the podcasts when I go for walks. Very inspiring and seriously life changing!
