this photo was taken last weekend while the family went for a stroll through the woods at dusk. the carefree feeling of strolling through a forest covered with fallen leaves is oh-so-tranquil. i remember feeling such peace. the day had been productive, the evening was all about basking in being, and the next day offered a shift from reality. mOMents like these are critical to our soul. i'm looking forward to indulging in many, many more as opportunities arise. that is my fall foliage fantasy.
