greetings from fabulous new york. sooooo excited about tonight's party and can't wait to meet some of you. my poor body is cooked from another 3-hour yoga adventure with rusty wells. back for another 3 hours in a few minutes. he's such an inspiring gem. i've taken lots of notes and will share them over the next few days. just listened to a 1-hour chat with 3 yoga teachers discussing the teaching of yoga. more to come.
