ok, i'm the worst sick person ever. organized some paperwork, sent e-mails, edited documents and finally went to sleep at 8pm only to wake up again at 9pm when beau got home. now back online.
i received word from a journalist at yoga life that the articles i wrote for them had been published so i wanted to share:

i hope you will enjoy. took some cold medicine so hopefully that will knock me out and make me rest. why is it so hard to sit still?
