after two years away from the beloved country of costa rica, i've reserved a week to host a special hip tranquil chick international retreat! save the date - september 1 - 8, 2007 (over labor day weekend). with a full week dedicated to yoga, creativity, and renewal in the beautiful mountains of costa rica, we're sure to have a divine experience. i've been to pura vida spa four times and have such magical memories so it is time to return. i'm busily putting together all the details and the journey will include tons 'o yoga for all levels, creative work, dancing, visionary work, excursions to poas volcano and the gorgeous la paz waterfall gardens, and 1 on 1 mentoring sessions. mark your 2007 calendars, girls, and let's play surrounded by coffee plantations, lush vegetation, heaps of papaya, and plenty of spa treatment options.
