Tuscan Kale and white bean soup is great. Of course, being a good Southern gal I had to have it with cornbread.

Kimberly, I read this right before I went to the grocery, our first blustery day in Florida od 60 degrees deserved the AMAZING recipe you shared. It was so good. I added lots of red pepper and parm cheese, and I tricked my mister who isn't a bean lover by food processing 3/4 of the can, ha ha ha!

I always look forward to your "Week in Review" posts! I find them to be inspirational and I frequently get ideas for artist dates from you since I happen to live in nearby Virginia. As for me, my weekend plans are to begin the "21-Day Meditation Experience" offered by Deepak Chopra, and also to define my monthly and weekly goals. I can't wait to receive my daybook in December so I will have somewhere awesome to pen this information :)
