On Tuesday, September 10 2013, we hosted a chariTea to support Tranquil Space Foundation and Farm Sanctuary while celebrating the launch of the artsy new coffee table book, Tranquilologie, and kick off the Tranquility Tour.

The event featured live music {strings + piano} by Heather McAuliffe and friends, speakers from our two featured charities {Gene Baur of Farm Sanctuary + Lauren Brownstein of Tranquil Space Foundation}, a reading and signing of my latest book Tranquilologie: A DIY Guide to Everyday Tranquility with art by Mary Catherine Starr, tasty vegan tea sandwiches, treats, and yummy tea. Oh, and our signature tranquilTinis.

We raised $165 for Farm Sanctuary and $251 for Tranquil Space Foundation thanks to your $5 donations at the door! Thank you for your support and love. Follow our adventures at tranquilitytour.com. x

Oh, your special evening looks so wonderful!
2 questions, what Tranquility piece are you wearing in your photo (you look great!!) & can you enlighten us in a future podcast on how you will live in a small retro camper for two months? What will you be eating & what kind of self care will you do & how will you handle stress in a small space?
Thank you for always inspiring us to do a little more (trying to eat vegan one day per week)!!
blessings~
