monday mindfulness

bonjour readers and happy, happy monday/MLK day/inauguration = BIG day in the nation's capital.

as you know, i've been pondering slight shifts to tranquility du jour in 2013. during saturday's mindfulness class, i came up with the idea of "monday mindfulness." watch for quotes, stories, mantras, and more coming your way each monday.

while i loved doing the meatless monday column, i'm not much in the kitchen (to be kind) so i felt like i needed something more aligned with my daily actions. i hope you, too, will find the new column a welcomed addition to tranquility du jour.

bisous. x

Love the idea.

I love this idea and agree with Zoe. So much moaning and groaning takes place on Mondays. It's always good to put it into perspective.

(As an added funny to this comment, my "prove you're not a robot" word says "toofuncy"... hah! Too funky.)

Great idea! I too was doing a "mantra monday" on my blog but got woefully behind! I will look forward to this post each week, especially since I am not in the kitchen much either. :)

I am in love with "monday mindfulness"! Being true to ourselves and our creativity seems to require continual reflection and change ~ sometimes exhausting, but always more authentic and worthwhile. Thank you for being such a great model of consciousness and growth!
