Questions (in no particular order):
What are some of the important changes since we recorded the 200th episode?
What is it about France and French culture that's so compelling to you?
Sometime in the next 6 months or so, your podcast will have been downloaded 2 million times. Reaction?
We recently attended Word Domination Summit, which is a gathering of entrepreneurial types led by Chris Gullibeau. I'm currently surrounded by stacks of books on similar subjects, but his message seems to resonate more. What are your thoughts on that and what did you take away from WDS?
You've become more involved in animal rights and welfare in the last few years… if you could change one thing in society on the subject, what would it be?
A lot of people would be surprised to hear you are a self-described introvert… how does that impact your life and how you function when you put yourself out there as much as you do?

Listener questions:
From Heather:
How do you engage in spiritual practice?

From one of our favorite Aussies, Arienne:
Did you go through/how did you cope with doubts and fears when you were starting out your business vision?

From Rachel:
When you opened Tranquil Space in your front room if you had any idea where it would go?

Combo from Lizi and Rebecca:
How do you manage to focus on each without getting distracted? Do you ever suffer from procrastination and lack of willpower/enthusiasm?

Rapid fire:
Yoga
Sugar
Oklahoma
Style
Pigs
India
Vegan
MSW Graduation
Louis the Pug

Signature Style: TranquiliT is a line of layers in rayon made from organic bamboo. We are locally sewn and plant 150 trees each month while also donating a portion of proceeds to Tranquil Space Foundation and Pigs Animal Sanctuary. In addition, we offer vintage and reclaimed goodies because it doesn't get more eco than reusing.

Congratulations on your 250th podcast!

As I was listening to it, I took notes. I especially liked hearing you talk about being an introvert. I've been one my whole life and as of lately I've been really struggling with it. So, hearing you talk about it was very inspiring for me. Another topic that I really enjoyed listening to is your passion for all things French. I'm a huge Francophile myself and hearing you talk about why you love France just makes me want to visit that country so much more! Hearing you talk about Loius the pug at the end and how you tell him how beautiful and loved he is made me smile. I tell my dog he's gorgeous every single day and I'm glad to know I'm not the only one doing that!

Thank you for recording this podcast. It was not only enjoyable, but also very inspiring! Wishing you many, many more!

250! Woot!! This was a great one. I listened and I'm an introvert. You pretty much described me exactly in that section. Introverts unite! ;) Here's to 250 more.

Great podcast, Kimberly and Tim! Thanks for sharing it with us. I'm an extrovert, but married to an introvert, and I have to remember that the same situations that energize me exhaust him :). What you said about your introversion is similar to my mother. She was often on a fairly public stage as a state PTA president, but she definitely identifies as an introvert, and she has related many of the same things you did in the podcast.

Also, it's great to hear the facts you related about US meat consumption dropping, and how flexitarians are making a difference! Glad to see this movement is catching on!

Love that you and Tim did this podcast as a couple :)! The support you give each other is powerful. The conversation about being an introvert really resonated with me. I'm good at the extrovert activities - like small talk and networking ... But they are energy draining activities for me. I truly get my energy source from quiet times of reflection. Finding ways of infusing my life with creativity and quiet reflection are lifesavers for me ... Thanks for being the guiding light on the journey. Looking forward to the next 250 podcasts! xo

Congratulations on your 250th podcast!

I turned into your podcast almost two years ago after listening to an interview on a craft radio program. I really enjoy the podcasts and will hopefully get through the book club list.

I love this podcast...I always love being able to listen to your thoughts and your way of doing things and what is important to you. and i just had to add, that I too, am an introvert. You are so not alone, and I found it interesting to learn that you also suffer from the exhaustion that comes with having to deal with the outside world. I have dealt with this issue for years, and never understood why...

Finally got around to listening to this one! And it's wonderful. Thank you for answering my question. As an introvert who opened her living room doors up to the yogis of south west london 6 years ago you know why I needed to ask it. If someone had told me then what would happen....phew!!

I have been catching up on the podcasts, and just listened to this one. I too am an introvert, so it was great to hear how you work with it. Also, as someone starting a business (legal practice) and facing a lot of the start-up challenges, it was great to hear about some of yours (and some of the other ladies you have interviewed somewhat recently). It helps remind me to stick with it!

Hi Kimberly, way behind schedule but I loved listening to this podcast!

Bits I loved:
1. Talking about being an introvert. I am too! Love how you just accept and acknowledge that small talk exhausts you. You inspire me to be ok with my introverted-ness. Actually, I think you have been an inspiration for owning my introvertedness for some years now!
2. Loved hearing about your (and Le beau's too) struggles with procrastination. You achieve so much, it's great to hear how you manage it in spite of distractions.
3. Love how much you love Louis. I am always telling my cat Riva how she is my little angel, princess, and love cat, and how pretty and special she is! I think they feel the love and energy we give them!

So amazing that you are at 250 podcasts. I have listened to every one and you have been such a great inspiration in my life, initially just for yoga but also for personal development, creativity, and entrepreneurship. Thanks for being so awesome and for sharing all of these great life lessons, interviews, and tidbits with us all.

Love from Australia,

Olivia
