“Imagine a space where you can decompress, breathe, dream and renew. Surrounded by intense beauty of Mount Charion and ancient medieval cities, Kimberly's retreat in Provence truly offers something for everyone: lots of yoga, art and quiet spaces for meditation, reflection, and listening to your inner muse. I especially appreciated the sense of community during the evening three-course dinners at the end of each day. Merci, Kimberly, for a tranquil retreat!” - Carol, artist, blogger, yogini

Join moi for my second annual jaunt for a week of creating art and practicing yoga at a remote villa in Gréolières, Provence near Nice, Gourdon, Grasse (world's perfume capital), Tourettes – think Cote d'Azur and French Riviera.
Each day in Provence will begin with a leisurely buffet breakfast, followed by an all-level yoga practice and led art journaling. The afternoons are yours for swimming, hiking, biking, napping, reading, or making more art – truly slowing down and processing your experience. Evenings include a slow flow yoga and meditation practice followed by a 3-course gourmet vegetarian meal.
At your new home for the week you’ll find the modern style of a French boutique home with the classic Provencal features of a charismatic chateau. With a spacious lounge, outdoor swimming pool, dining room with panoramic mountain views, light-filled conservatory for afternoon reading, large river-fronted garden, and outside deck for yoga and art, you will be enveloped in relaxation. Each double room has mattresses dressed in Egyptian cotton, lovely views, big windows, and the serenity of falling asleep to the gentle babble of the river harmonizing with the crickets.
This adventure is for Tranquility du Jour readers and listeners longing to disconnect from everyday life, deepen their yoga and creative spirit, and bask in the beauty this magical setting offers!
Retreat includes 7 nights double lodging, buffet breakfasts, 2 daily all-level yoga classes (not for beginners), an endless supply of afternoon treats (baguettes, cheese, salad greens, fruit, tea, coffee), gourmet 3-course vegetarian dinners, art workshops, meditation, an art ephemera packet, and sensory surprises. Retreat participants will also receive exclusive access to a special podcast series, Facebook group, and private blog with tips on art journaling, retreat preparations, and more.

“Kimberly's retreat was the stepping stone and the space I needed to unleash my creative self. I left home for retreat feeling stagnant. There was something a little off, but I could not put my finger on it. I knew I needed time to reflect, renew, and restore and I hoped Provence would do that. It did restore me and gave me the boost I needed to take my brand further. The glorious villa with a babbling brook, expansive green beauty, and hospitality was the place for me to reconnect to myself and to others. From the first evening of the retreat I knew that it was what I needed. I needed the space, the schedule, and the time to be creativity. I got that and more. I met beautiful women from all over the world who I never have entered my life for a lifetime.” - Julia, All About the Pretty

"Anything Kimberly creates is high quality, thoughtfully executed, practically valuable, and elegantly produced. The Paris + Provence Art + Yoga Retreat was no exception. In fact, it exceeded my expectations. I have enjoyed Kimberly's e-courses, seasonal teleclasses, podcasts, books, blog posts, and many other global offerings for years without the pleasure of actually meeting her in person. The opportunity to spend over a week with Kimberly was a priceless bonus. My yoga and meditation practices were greatly enhanced, I learned new art journaling techniques, and was otherwise inspired to move my life to the next, higher level. Everything was ideal...the location, the schedule, the program, and so much more...I returned home fully refreshed, renewed, recharged...ready to take on more of the world. For this I will be forever grateful. I can't say enough about this life-changing journey so I'll leave it at this: you must experience this special gift to yourself at least once in your lifetime." - Denise, author, artist, attorney
