I love this week in review and weekend wishlist! It's so important to reflect upon and celebrate our accomplishments - big and small.
Thank you for inspiring me to set goals and wishlists in my art journal!
Hi Kimberly, can I ask a random question? I'm curious if yoga is your primary source of fitness/staying in great shape? You always look fab, but I notice you don't talk about doing cardio (except the new dance class), and I'm curious if you do any?
Cardio tends to leave me so hungry, so I tend to eat away the caloric benefits. I want to believe yoga is enough, but would like to find an example of that.
Hope you're doing great!!
Question for you? I would like to do two things you do on your blog on my blogs :Things I love and Week in Review. One will this be ok with you or will you feel it violates your blog? Two, do you keep notes on something or somewhere and then repost later or do you just remember all of that ? :)
(I met you through RBBP)
REM Runner: yes, SO important to celebrate BIG and small steps each and every day. yay for goals and wishlists! x
caren, i joined a gym in june 2010 while recovering from shoulder surgery. some weeks i go a few times, others (like now), it's been over a month since i stepped inside. sigh. i got sick and feel out of routine. on my to-do list. thanks for the kudos, it's an ongoing journey to stay supple and strong through yoga, occasional dance (was super sore from last week's jazz class), and a plant-based diet! xx
trishatrixie, no worries, feel free to incorporate! to recall my week in review, i review my planner pad to see what my highlights were, how i spent my time, and muse away. it typically takes 30+ minutes to write, but it keeps me accountable and is helpful to show that even on those weeks where it feels like i didn't get anything done, stuff happened! good luck and thanks for reading! x
