TDJTV: latest book loves

bon soir. happy, happy sunday night.

when pondering what to share for this evening's vidcast, i decided to offer up a sneak peek into my latest book buying habits. somehow sharing the obsession helps lessen my guilt around the hundreds of partially read books surrounding me on a daily basis. le sigh.

we all have our vices. welcome to mine. bisous. x

thanks for all the yummy book sharing! i already had 'Savvy Chic', 'Parisian Chic' & the Rachel Zoe books on my Amazon wish list, but have added every other book you mentioned! they all look fab, especially the 'Perfectly Kept House' book. it reminds me of what i'm currently reading, 'Pretty Neat'. seems like a similar concept (but, sadly, no pictures).

thanks again for sharing the books & many happy, sparkly thoughts to you for your comp exams on friday!! :)

Love your blonde spring/summer hair, Kimberly. Looks so cute on you!

I was kind of glad to hear that you don't get around to reading each book you buy right away. I have a nice stack waiting but there is always another one out there that I can't resist. Don't even ask about my "save for later" list on Amazon. sigh.

Loved Real Happiness, too. I did get to that one and I thought it was really good.

Thanks for sharing.

I'll think of you on Friday!

It seems that we’re in sync on quite a few books! I received Racehel Zoe’s book for Christmas a few years ago, and it was one of a small group that survived a massive book purge. Parisian Chic is wonderful, Even through there’s little chance of me getting to Paris -- and affording to do much shopping if I did – are slim, the book is a joy and very useful. Finally, I borrowed Savvy Chic from the library, and I enjoyed it so much that I may purchase a copy. She’s a very clever writer, and I especially enjoyed her advice on vintage clothing and proper undergarments!

I wonder if she’d consent to a podcast interview?
