india thus far:
smells of incense
colorful saris
masala chai tea
cows everywhere
car horns
rickshaws
monkeys
street dogs (le sigh)
yoga
bindis
meditation
yummy food
h2o with lime + sugar
greetings of "hari om" and "namaste"
men in orange
ganges river
mala beads
bangles
temples
ganesh everywhere
shiva statues
street carts with fruit, popcorn, and fried goodness
gandhi museum
challenging toilets
marigolds galore
celebrity status due to american's "exotic look"
hanuman
people taking pictures of us taking pictures of them
enamored with india. tonight arati and dinner with a swami in rishikesh. wish you were here.
