a day of artist dates

today was a dreamy day. it began by leading my beloved sassy seniors at an assisted living center through chair yoga. today we incorporated clapping and snapping which made it even more spicy.

next i got a call from my webmaster announcing that the tranquilista website had gone live. ooh la la!

then i dashed downtown to see paris with a dear friend. highly recommend this film - oodles of inspiring vistas, engaging, and emotion-evoking.

on to teaism to indulge in afternoon tea for two. yummy, relaxing, and tasty.

the day of artistic play culminated with a workshop led by jen lee (featured twice on my podcast) at chez moi. these photos show the lovely group of talented and created ladies heavily engaged in their dream box activity. i sat by the talented hope wallace of paper relics and kept glancing at her phenom work for inspiration.

truly a delightfully decadent day.

I love the idea of Yoga in senior centers. My dad lives in an excellent place overlooking the Lake here in Milwaukee. They have Yoga there, too.
