Thanks for posting the show. I stopped into Tranquil Space last week and picked up a lovely Curly Girl yoga card and gold OM necklace. I love the Curly Girl cards. Very creative. I wore my new OM necklace on Saturday and got many compliments. I told ladies where I got it. So I hope they drop by. Many blessings to you and the TS staff.

Thanks again for all your wonderful podcasts. I want to suggest some future topics. You frequently mention using the Planner Pad system. Given we are coming up on the new year, I would love to hear your thoughts on how you utilize the planner pad to be achieve organization. Also, hip hop yoga. Where I live, you can't find it and I do most of my yoga via dvds and live classes when I travel. It would be wonderful to see an example of this class, or even a dvd in the future!

I caught a glimpse of Kimberly's Planner Pad at the October retreat. It's truly amazing! All I remember is tons of to-dos and lots of pretty colors.

Did you ever do a podcast about that or mention it in a blog? There was a picture I think. It had to be many moons ago........

Looking forward to listening to the podcast - on my ipod for today! It is certainly that time of the year to review organisational systems. I am having a big spring clean (in November!) and am reviewing my "getting through the day" strategy at the mo - would love to hear your updated thoughts on the planner pad and other to do list systems you use....

Great post! I myself am becoming more aware of how to green my life in all areas. Wanted to share with you a website on how to stop junk mail, in addition to the others you mentioned: www.greendimes.org. Signed up this Earth Day and have seen my junk mail decrease a great amount.

Thank you for covering such an important topic on your podcast! I wanted to share a few tricks I also use. Another resource for stopping unwanted catalogues is www.41pounds.org. They are named after the fact that Americans receive 41 pounds of catalogues each year! You pay $41 (portion goes to charity of your choice), and they will work on getting this unwanted mail stopped for 5 years. I have been working with them for over one year now, and it's fabulous. I just send them a quick email when another one slips through. A lot of the catalogues I was receiving are places that I shop with online. So I didn't need the hard copy.

Another trick that has saved me a TON of aggravation and time is InkDrop at Staples.com. When the toner cartridge is empty, I put it in one of their prepaid, pre-addressed envelopes. It automatically re-orders that ink for me! (You can also check a box on the envelope to recycle the cartridge only). That has saved me a lot of time, and probably money, since I'm not ordering ink out of desperation at the last minute!

Thanks again for a great podcast!
