Apple Parsley Lemon
Green smoothies are a terrific way to eat more leafy greens for masses of nutrients, more fiber and increased energy from chlorophyll. Drink them for breakfast for a power-packed start to your day, as a snack between meals, or as a liquid lunch if you are pressed for time. You can add ground flax or hemp seeds if you have it as a meal.

2-3 apples
Juice of 1-2 lemons
4-5 leaves of kale or a bunch of parsley
Chunk of ginger (optional)
Celery stalks (optional)
Add water and blend till smooth. Enjoy!

Loving these recipes - a smoothie maker is on my Christmas to buy list! I can not get the link to work though - has the site address changed?

Thanks for the inspiration - definatly feeling the need for healthy food/drink (so many bugs flying around in this winter season).
