The group will practice kind and gentle Hatha yoga in front of the reflecting pool and waterfall located near the entrance facing 16th Street and Florida Avenue, NW. The yoga session will last 30 minutes and include an opening meditation, warm-up, kind and gentle poses, and closing meditation. Please bring your own yoga mat and bath towel for seated positions. Dress comfortably in loose clothing. Try not to drink or eat two hours before the yoga session.

The yoga sessions will be led by Ananda Leeke, a certified RYT 200 Yoga Alliance registered instructor, certified Reiki practitioner, artist, and writer. Ananda is Founder/Director of kg yoga life practices. For more information, visit kgyoga.blogspot.com.
