ginger chews. they're like gummy bears but better! so during one of the 3-hour workshops today, i passed out a ginger chew for the girls to savor during a meditation - WHAT a way to practice mindfulness! after teaching 9 hours in the past 24 hours, i'm looking forward to an evening in with some old and new friends. crazy to think that in one week i'll be packed up for a month-long journey in new york. i'm so excited to immerse myself in the practice and philosophy of yoga. tomorrow we plan to do some more colorado exploring - complete with a yoga class and tea house visit.
