we're off!

as i gear up to leave in a few, i wanted to say a warm goodbye to my fabulous readers. we're heading to seattle and then driving to whistler. long travel day ahead so i'm excited to dive into some books en route. i hope you've all had a delightful week and are looking forward to the weekend. i'll be in touch as we are taking the podcast equipment and will do a show from the road. pug is very confused about this early wake-up. poor guy has no idea the excitment that is in store for him today. in honor of my journey, i ask that you take a moment to curl up with a good book by a fire (or candle), sip some hot cocoa or herbal tea, and spend at least one hour this weekend relaxing and renewing. that's what i plan to do all weekend! xo
