Bon Jour!

Today’s podcast is on questions to ponder through journal writing and a guided writing meditation, topped of with a pose of the podcast, and groovy podsafe music! View our shownotes at Watch for upcoming episodes on numerous things hip and tranquil such as ecotrends, getting organized, meditation, and more!

To ponder:
  • How am I feeling?
  • What am I scared of?
  • What makes me happy?
  • What do I really want?
  • My biggest dream is to . . .
  • My ideal relationship would be . . .
  • My ideal lifestyle would be . . .
  • I am not being honest with myself about . . .
  • Where do I see opportunities for growth on and off the yoga mat?
Pose of the Podcast:
Place sparkly pink pen in hand and get to writing!

I love the question about fear - and your previous one about what would we do if we weren't afraid of failing - I've been thinking about that a lot, even just thinking about it seems to help me be more focused.
