Loved this podcast! Of course, it resonated with my work so well. I would love to hear more about her use of art in sessions.

Sarah- thanks for your note and question. I use a variety of media with clients depending on their needs and goals. From washi tape to watercolor, we can dabble and dig into whatever a client needs on her journey to coming back to herself.
