after months of pondering damask, toile, chevron, and more {yes, the BIG things i life}, i've finally figured out the plan to turn miss lillie into a pink palace on wheels. poor beau, pug, and kitties.
she'll have black and white damask throw pillows stuffed with super soft and eco-fab kapok. the seat covers will be in a black and white stripe water and stain resistant fabric {perfect for weathering the boys}. the long curtains separating the driving area from the living area will be white burlap on one side and black and damask on the other side. the window curtains will be in my favorite pink colored damask print. i'm excited about the final decision. now, mama wilson gets to spend some time at gramma's bernina and make some magic.
beau began priming the wood-paneled interior and will be painting it white to add as much brightness as possible. she's coming along beautifully.
i can't wait to share the finished product with you and play on our upcoming fall tranquility tour. here's a list of our stops so far. oh, and we'll be adding portland shortly. ooh la la! also, we'll be stopping in at farm sanctuary {east coast: 9/23 11am and west coast: 10/27 11am} for a sanctuary tour and tea so please come say "bonjour." so excited to have heard from many of you fab new yorkers who will be stopping in. yay!

I love that she is called Lillie - the same as my little black + white Smart car. I wish I could have her seats reupholstered in damask!
