on saturday i led a workshop focused on spiritual activism and played an interview with julia butterfly hill where she mentioned that consciousness is not enough, we need consciousness coupled with action. there are so many great causes out there and i'll continue to pass certain ones along as they tug at my heart strings. please feel free to do the same. namaste.
